What we have in place
- We currently have a staff dedicated to HR, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have salary histories and an organizational chart, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to invest in our programs and infrastructure.
We want to be sure we are compensating appropriately and in the position to retain our staff. Also, to be sure our benefit package is appropriate.
