What we need
- Training goals for a specific population (volunteers, staff, program participants, etc.)
- Advice on what training methods the Organization should pursue to meet its goals (webinars, lectures, print materials, etc.)
- Suggestions for curriculum design, creative messaging, call to actions, methods and timeline
- Budget for implementation (taking the Organization’s resource constraints into consideration)
- A written document that summarizes objectives, strategies and actions steps
Additional details
We are looking to develop robust customer service training for new and existing staff.
What we have in place
- We currently have 136 employees and onboard about 5-10 new employees monthly, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have 50 employees in front-line roles, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,750 , allowing us to continue to preserve our resources, expand our reach, and meet our mission.
Creating an unmatched experience starts with the people that visitors engage with when they visit an attraction.
