Employee Handbook
Employee Handbook
Project details
What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details
We have done a lot of work on our employee handbook but need someone to review and give feedback to ensure that we are in line with policies and with DC laws, etc.
What we have in place
- We currently have an existing handbook to start from, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the previous handbook that we worked from, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to continue to provide services to our families who are caring for children in the DC Child welfare system to include trainings, childcare as well as supplies.
We want to make sure we are providing our employees every opportunity to know the policies of our organization and the value we see in them as a part of the team at FAPAC
Project plan
Our mission
FAPAC's mission is "to improve the quality of life, well-being, and dignity of children in the District of Columbia by strengthening, supporting, and empowering foster, adoptive, and kinship parents to serve as advocates for their children's needs and bridge-builders with birth parents, through working as an organizational agent of systemic change, and by partnering with other District agencies to provide innovative stabilization services to families at risk."
