Project details

What we need
  • A Salesforce database including: a customized set of Salesforce objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15 object types), a customized set of views to allow table-based editing of data (up to 15 views), a customized set of reports to pull data from multiple object types (up to 15 reports)
  • Migration of Organization's current database to Salesforce
  • Training for designated staff member on new objects, reports and views
  • “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
What we have in place
  • We currently have the start to a Salesforce system, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have two Data Specialist team members, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $22,852 , allowing us to streamline our data collection, communication with participants and outreach.

We are in need of support working with the integration of EventBrite/Zapier in to Salesforce to track participation in events & classes as well as support in creating customized dashboards for our volunteer program and parent resource programs.
