This project is to conduct market analysis to assist with determining competitive rates for our positions in the non-profit sector.

What we have in place
  • We have a guideline for salaries. We have job descriptions; however, we need to formalize our compensation program. Our benefits are fairly competitive. We have a benefit summary sheet and can provide information on them. The need for a market assessment of salaries for similar positions is needed to determine what if any adjustments need to be made.
How this will help
This project will save us $8,686 , allowing us to carry out services needed and make key decisions regarding a foundational component of our workforce-compensation. Competitive pay determines if we have the workforce we need to provide services.

Competitive pay is crucial to being able to retain and recruit staff to carry out our mission.
