Compensation Plan
Compensation Plan
Project details
What we need
- Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
- Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
What we have in place
- We currently have Job descriptions, salary ranges, list of benefits, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Staff member responsible for hiring and HR committed, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $8,686 , allowing us to focus on the mission and programs that address survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual assault.
We have not ever had a compensation study. Our staff are our strongest asset and they do a lot of good in the community. Many are at least partially funded by government grants and we will be rewriting these local, state and federal grants in the next year and a half. We need to be able to base our salary projections on concrete facts. We just completed an update of the employee handbook. It will be very helpful for planning purposes to have a plan in place for compensation.
