What we need
  • Customized and professionally designed graphic(s)
  • Training on how to create and customize graphics using (free) design tools/apps

We are launching a new monthly series called NightOWLL's@Assemblage in an art gallery in a trendy hotel specifically for diverse and underrepresented artists to perform their work with intentional messages for social change. We need a template for the series whcih can be filled in with specific info for each artist and performance for promotion facebook, instagram, and posters etc.

What we have in place
  • We currently have committed artists for the series and data about the gallery, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have flexibility, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,607 , allowing us to further pay our srtists and continue the series

The series is bringing diversity to a white and very upscale neighborhood in Boston that draws tourists and hipsters

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines (if applicable)
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to three rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered and Training
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphic and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)
  • Professional trains Volunteer Manager how to create and customize graphics
