What we need
- A Salesforce database including: a customized set of Salesforce objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15 object types), a customized set of views to allow table-based editing of data (up to 15 views), a customized set of reports to pull data from multiple object types (up to 15 reports)
- Migration of Organization's current database to Salesforce
- Training for designated staff member on new objects, reports and views
- “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
Additional details
We are seeking volunteers to help us configure Salesforce. We have an in house built CRM we are currently using and have some data that will need to be migrated.
What we have in place
- We currently have our requirements on what we need configured, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have dedicated resources for this project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $22,852 , allowing us to utilize the funds towards other projects and solutions that our organization and partners need to do their work more efficiently.
We seek to positively impact one billion lives by 2025. Salesforce will empower that growth. Our distributed network of teams will be using Salesforce to support thousands of partners globally, to share relationship information, track milestones, and empower high-quality, context-specific service. Configuring it well is key; doing so will allow us to quickly understand the state of our movement and inform our strategy to reach our goal. Since Salesforce is new to us, we need experts to guide us.
