What we need
- A documented process outlining how to administer a top-down, peer-to-peer, or a full 360 employee review process
- A communication plan to share the process with others in the Organization to help them understand the approach and desired outcomes
- Recommendations on tools that can be used to collect feedback (anonymous or identified) and organize quantitative and qualitative results
- Best practices for rolling out the performance reviews, and coaching advice for managers and individual contributors
What we have in place
- We currently do not have a formalized employee performance assessment process at OASIS Center International. We grew from 2 employee operation to 6 employees this year and I believe it is time to engage in formal performance review process. I have one HR specialist, who can assist in gathering information.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,896 , allowing us to Allocate funds where need it most - in programs!
This process will help us to become a stronger organization.

Our mission
OASIS Center International is a 501(c)3 community development organization, working in partnership with both public and private entities to bring art back into the lives of our youth. Established in 2012, the vision of OASIS is to inspire a generation of youth to fulfill the highest level of life achievement possible through discovery and development of their inherent creative gifts. Our mission is to positively impact at-risk youth through a replicable Arts Mentoring Program and to enhance the skills of local artists through community engagement.
What we do
Recognizing the advantageous effects of arts education on both students and society, OASIS is committed to restoring arts and cultural enrichment at the core of communities, and we believe this starts with a focus on the youth, especially those at-risk in underserved areas of the community. OASIS provides students with instruction in a variety of modalities, including architectural design, creative art journaling, film-making, and tap dance.
