Project details

What we need
  • A Membership Strategy document of 2-4 pages, including analysis of the Organization’s current membership program, step-by-step guide to a new or improved program, growth goals and creative outreach strategies
Additional details

TRAK is revamping our membership program and will be requiring memberships for all participants in the future. In addition, we will be increasing our yearly membership fees from $50 to $75. We need a two-part strategy. First, to engage our current members to participate in the new membership program. Second, to recruit new members and enhance the benefits of our new membership program.

What we have in place
  • We currently have the foundation for a successful membership program, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have staff that are excited to implement the program, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,848 , allowing us to feed and care for two of our horses for one year.

This project is important to us as we are aiming to give our members the best possible experience and the most value out of our programs. Currently, we have separate volunteer and membership programs. Combining those programs will allow us to add more benefits to our membership and simplify the process for the staff.
