Project details

What we need
  • A Salesforce database including: a customized set of Salesforce objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15 object types), a customized set of views to allow table-based editing of data (up to 15 views), a customized set of reports to pull data from multiple object types (up to 15 reports)
  • Migration of Organization's current database to Salesforce
  • Training for designated staff member on new objects, reports and views
  • “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
Additional details

We would like to leverage our data to boost communications and fund-raising efforts. Today we have a range of client touch-points and data collection sites. Long term we would like to create a consolidated client profile in our existing installation of SalesForce non-profit CRM. We are looking for someone who can help us map & import our data from various services in to SF records.
The end result would be a map of the data between these services and a successful run of data import into SF.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a salesforce account, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have list of services, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $22,852 , allowing us to provide flexible tuition to low income families in need.

Our organization is about to double in size. This project will help our organization develop efficiencies and reduce errors in managing client data. Efficiently managing CRM is crucial as we grow in size.
