  • Effective interviewing techniques and clear, consistent standards for evaluating candidates
  • Tips for negotiating details such as compensation package and title

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have a job description, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the former EA still on staff, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $5,776 , allowing us to hire a an experienced professional for this role at an appropriate salary.

It will free up our leadership and administrative staff, who are already working at full capacity, from spending additional time on recruitment tasks, and allow them to take part in the decision-making process with a solid and efficient plan in place.
