What we need
  • Customized and professionally designed graphic(s)
  • Training on how to create and customize graphics using (free) design tools/apps

I need a custom graphic to show the progress of our capital campaign.

What we have in place
  • We currently have architecture drawings for our second house, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a general style guide, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to open a second home for adults with disabilities!

We are trying to raise $100,00 to open a house for adults with disabilities, and it's crucial we show our progress towards the goal!

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines (if applicable)
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to three rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered and Training
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphic and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)
  • Professional trains Volunteer Manager how to create and customize graphics
