What we need
- Setup of selected CRM system (e.g. Airtable, Salsa CRM, Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, Bloomerang, or Kindful) including a customized set of objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15)
- A customized set of views and reports to allow table-based editing and analysis of data (up to 15)
- Migration of Organization's current database to identified CRM system
- Training and guidelines on how to manage system and generate basic reports
- “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code

Demographics of our clients, including gender, race, ethnic background, Services provided at different stage of business life circles, track industries, sales and jobs created and retained, geographical locations of businesses, ease of entry and retrieval of data, hours of technical assistance to clients.
What we have in place
- We currently have a CRM System, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have staff member responsible for organization CRM, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,792 , allowing us to improve the delivery of services and invest in additional programs that better serve our clients' needs
This project will enable us to capture services to clients, follow up with clients, track our key production indicators (KPI) and produce reports requested by funders, the Board and management accurately and in timely manner.
