- Document outlining relationship of board to your organization and metrics of board success
- Document outlining scope of roles within board, including empty seats if applicable
Additional details
We're currently recruiting new board members and would like some guidelines on roles to fill that would help get our organization to the next phase.
What we have in place
- We currently have bylaws and policy/procedure guidelines from 2007, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have two new board members with more planned on being recruited, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,882 , allowing us to continue operating at our current capacity while having confidence in what we need from our board.
Our organization has grown considerably in the last two years and we've moved to a new location which has changed some procedures. This project will help give us a guideline for what positions on the board we currently need to be filled and what positions will help us continue our current pace of growth.
