Employee Handbook
Employee Handbook
Project details
What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details
I have created a rough draft of a new employee handbook for our project, more or less starting from scratch. I could use assistance in reviewing and editing it along with exploring what language to use and what is needed from a legal standpoint.
What we have in place
- We currently have a rough draft employee handbook for this project, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an existing formal handbook from the company we fall under, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to utilize the money from existing grants to expand the work we do into more school systems to help educate students on suicide prevention and mental health awareness.
This project will give our organization an infrastructure on which we can build upon in order to grow. This will help in the hiring process and for our already existing employees to have a handbook to reference regarding eligibility, requirements, and expectations as they come on board to work with us.

What we do
