Project details

What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage
Additional details

We have been wanting/ needing a good video that we can use at meetings with Donors, staff meetings and possibly post online.

What we have in place
  • We currently have the rights and permission to use any images and info we have, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an idea of who our target market is, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to help over 10 families with before or afterschool care for their children so they don't have to go home to empty houses. 3 kids could also have a summer of fun and adventure with summer day camp.

If we had a video that was well made and easy to upload or use during meetings it would help us inspire folks, get them to hear and understand our story.

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format
