What we need
- A concise, well-articulated letter (not exceeding two pages) to request funds from individual donors
Additional details
I'm wanting to get an End of Year letter out in October before many organizations start their ask if possible.
What we have in place
- We currently have 2 previous letters used, our mission, and goals, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some marketing materials and photos and data for the year, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,640 , allowing us to not just save this amount but hopefully be able to raise awareness and donations in the process! The time it will save is so beneficial to me as well and I would be grateful for the assistance.
As a new Executive Director, fundraising is a whole new ball game for me. I sent out one letter last year and one creative way this Spring but I need some help in creating a professional document I would be proud to send. We have a wonderful mission serving people who are coming to Atlanta for medical purposes and I want to convey the importance of what we do to donors and prospects.

Our mission
The Atlanta Hospital Hospitality House is a home away from home for out of town patients and/or their family caregivers who must travel to Atlanta for critical medical care. By providing affordable lodging, nutritious meals, and supportive companionship to our guests, AHHH reduces the stress for those facing a medical crisis and plays a critical role in the overall healing and well-being of each person we serve.
What we do
We provide temporary housing for those who do not live in Atlanta but are here for medical purposes. We serve every hospital, every medical need, and every age.
