Website Visual Design
Website Visual Design
Project details
What we need
- A visual redo of the Organization's website
- Design direction based on Organization's desired branding and style preferences
- Mock-ups of key site pages
- Commitment to 2 phone calls with a developer to guide initial front-end coding work
- Note: We recommend this project for custom websites. If your site is built on a CMS platform like Wordpress or Squarespace that offers templates, you may not need this project. Check out our Website Content Plan project for help building a CMS-based website
What we have in place
- We currently have monthly google analytics data, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have data from Neon and Mailchimp, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $9,186 , allowing us to allocate more funds for services that help to continue the stable, long-term tenancies of WHCHC's 800 low-income residents.
Through more effective branding, communications, and contributed revenue, the organization is able to keep building homes and providing services that move underrepresented communities (seniors, disabled, low/fixed-income, people with HIV/AIDS, transition age youth) from insecurity to stability.
Project plan
Our mission
Building homes and providing services that move community members from insecurity to stability.
What we do
WHCHC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit affordable housing development corporation founded in 1986. We build both new apartment buildings and have renovated older ones that provide housing to lower-and-fixed-income people using environmentally sustainable materials, systems and appliances that protect the environment. WHCHC has developed 20 apartment communities, 15 in the City of West Hollywood, one in the City of Glendale and four in Los Angeles. We maintain a development pipeline of 5 projects in predevelopment and construction. Please take a look at our project gallery to find out more about our apartment communities.
