Project details
What we need
- An easily understood visual aid that communicates complex information
- A high-resolution version of the Infographic in the Organization’s preferred format
Additional details
I'm interested in having a timeline infographic developed in conjunction with our 25th anniversary. The visual would incorporate organizational highlights of the last 25 years. It would be used as a graphic in our annual fact book, so would need to coordinate with the visual 'feel' of our typical products. It will also be used at a celebratory 25th anniversary event in the spring.
What we have in place
- We currently have accomplishments by year, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have publications (for visual style) & historical images, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to focus our efforts on bringing past volunteers and others previously affiliated with our work together into an "alumni" network that will strengthen our future data-driven policy efforts.
We are leveraging our 25 year anniversary to grow our network as well as diversify our funding streams. The "timeline" theme for the year is our hook; we'll be examining data, policies and outcomes across the two and a half decades for many of our annual indicators; this organizational infographic will serve as the background to all other analysis and conversations.
Project plan
Our mission
KIDS COUNT in Delaware provides high quality data about the well-being of children, youth, and their families for the purpose of effecting positive changes in policies, priorities, and programs.
What we do
Data, Discussion and Decision Making: For 25 years, KIDS COUNT in Delaware has worked to improve the lives of our youngest residents through data-driven advocacy, policy change and program improvement. Today, our work is more important than ever.
We continue to make a difference for Delaware's children by working to:
- TRACK DATA that reflect how children, their families and communities are faring.
- COLLABORATE WITH DECISION-MAKERS AND OTHER PARTNERS to forward policies and programs that improve the lives of at-risk children and families.
- PUBLISH RESEARCH that sheds light on how policy and programs impact children and their families.
- SERVE AS A RESOURCE by sharing annual statewide data on hundreds of indicators of child well-being and offering data expertise services to our communities and the organizations that serve them.
