Employee Review Process
Employee Review Process
Project details
What we need
- A documented process outlining how to administer a top-down, peer-to-peer, or a full 360 employee review process
- A communication plan to share the process with others in the Organization to help them understand the approach and desired outcomes
- Recommendations on tools that can be used to collect feedback (anonymous or identified) and organize quantitative and qualitative results
- Best practices for rolling out the performance reviews, and coaching advice for managers and individual contributors
Additional details
This is new to us, so I was just planning on Google searching templates to use for a review - starting with a self evaluation based on current job description - then finding another review template - feels very disjointed - so any and all help is appreciated:-)
What we have in place
- We currently have a clear mission and job descriptions, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have preliminary evaluations, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $8,686 , allowing us to move forward as a unified effective team to manage a multitude of programs and services that can enhance the lives of the residents of our island.
Our agency experienced recent and rapid growth. We went from a staff of 3 and hundreds of thousands of dollars...to a staff of 10 and millions of dollars. Current staff does not have the experience nor support needed and we need to regroup - but there is currently dissention between staff and management and board and we need effective ways to evaluate and reorganize.

We continuously look for ways to fill service gaps and cultivate community assets including people, organizations, programs, and resources to effectively respond to changing needs of the community now and for future generations.
