What we need
- A one-day intensive Salesforce training for up to five staff members
- A document summarizing topics covered during training
Additional details
Looking for ADMIN training, rather than end-user training. Sending with Docusign and generating reports are key features we want to master.
What we have in place
- We currently have a built and populated Salesforce database w/user licenses, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an office with Zoom videoconferencing software/licenses, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,888 , allowing us to devote an even greater portion of our time and resources to what we excel at--ensuring low-income New Yorkers have access to quality behavioral care.
Coordinated Behavioral Care knits together behavioral health services for low income New Yorkers via its diverse and far-reaching network of community-based providers. We're leveraging Salesforce software to create a new hub for our business documents and partner information. We'll be able to streamline operations considerably once fully implemented.
