How to communicate a process to evaluate, assess and address issues of conflict within the board and within the organization.

What we have in place
  • We currently have preliminary list of issues/conflicts, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have organizational bylaws, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,063 , allowing us to award that exact amount to college-bound disadvantaged high school seniors.

We will be better able to retain existing and recruit new volunteers and we will clarify the roles and communications with the board and with volunteers.

  • Professional and Volunteer Manager discuss perceived areas of strength and area of improvement, leadership style, and assessment of team motivation and morale
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager decide on specific areas to focus on and goals for coaching sessions
  • Professional communicates if feedback from other members of the Organization will be necessary

Milestone 2: Coaching Sessions
  • In-depth discussions may include issues such as strategy and goal-setting, program management, personnel management, and board management
  • Various techniques may be employed by the Leadership Coach to achieve the desired results

Milestone 3: Wrap-up and Learnings
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional evaluate lessons learned and progress made
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss areas and actionable items to focus on going forward

The purpose of the organization is to motivate the idea of academic excellence in disadvantaged youth, contribute scholarship funding to senior students, to promote moral, spiritual and academic growth in young people and to honor and present students who have achieved their goals in a "Debutante and Escort Scholarship Cotillion".
