Salesforce Database Customization
Salesforce Database Customization
Project details
What we need
- A Salesforce database including: a customized set of Salesforce objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15 object types), a customized set of views to allow table-based editing of data (up to 15 views), a customized set of reports to pull data from multiple object types (up to 15 reports)
- Migration of Organization's current database to Salesforce
- Training for designated staff member on new objects, reports and views
- “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
Additional details
we already have salesforce (for nonprofits) and have migrated the data, but need to customize it for (1) donations and pulling reports (2) sync-ing emails with our Constant Contact mass email platform (3) volunteer management (huge one!), tracking of item donations,ie in-kind donations (4) assigning solicitors to each donor (ie board member jean wants to solicit 30 people, and who do we "tag" her as solicitor and run those reports (5) tracking the "relational" part ie... amy was on the board...
What we have in place
- We currently have salesforce and data migrated, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have experienced fundraisier who knows what she wants, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $22,852 , allowing us to leverage community participation by way of money, time and items, to serve the homeless women and children at our emergency housing shelters
rise money from donors, get donors to donate items and volunteer. we especially need the recommendation on the right VOLUNTEER management platform, checking them in sending automatic email reminders etc....
Project plan
Our mission
At Building Futures (dba Cornerstone) we believe that everyone deserves a safe place to call home. That's why all of our programs and services prioritize linking our clients with housing. In 1986, Building Futures opened its doors as an overnight winter relief shelter known as the San Leandro Women's Refuge. Today, Building Futures serves Alameda County and its residents as both a homeless services provider and a domestic violence services agency. Our emergency shelters, domestic violence services, street outreach, and housing programs have been designed to to help community members build safe and stable lives.
Testimonials
Betre was great!!! He is so knowledgeable and easy to work with and patient with my changing-needs and changing-availability. We completed this project *months* ago, and in a timely manner, but (my bad) i had not technically marked it "complete" until just now. THANK YOU BETRE!
