What we need
  • Audit of the existing systems and processes; the audit is limited to hiring and termination practices, work scheduling, payroll processing, benefits administration, insurance, and compliance with federal and state employment laws
  • Recommendation for process improvements and software providers (if necessary)
  • Implementation of chosen software (if necessary)
  • Training on maintenance tasks
What we have in place
  • We currently have basic information on our current HR systems, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a strong understanding of what we are looking for, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to invest those dollars in our storytelling programs for underserved schools in LA.

We just hired our first part-time employees to help grow our work and plan to hire additional staff in the coming months due to our high demand for our storytelling programs in LA. We need to ensure that we are in compliance and create systems now before our team grows bigger.

PLUS ME Project is a community partner dedicated to empowering youth to increase their confidence for college and career advancement by teaching the art of storytelling.

We provide personal narrative presentations, workshops, and training to students, parents, and educators throughout Southern California.
