We use a specific program called Apricot Essentials to track our patient data. It is anonymous and tracks the reason for visit, diagnosis, labs, etc as well as patient deomgraphics (no names are attached though). We are having some difficulty creating the reports and using it to the best of it's ability. We are hoping that we are able to find someone who can use this data.
What we have in place
- We currently have all of our data in a database, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have flexibility, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,154 , allowing us to continue to treat all under or uninsured patients for $50 per visit, while never turning anyone away or denying anyone services due to inability to pay.
Our patient visit data and demographics is the core of our operations. It shows donors and the community exactly how many people we are able to serve and what we are treating them for. It shows the need for our organization.
