- Audit of the existing systems and processes; the audit is limited to hiring and termination practices, work scheduling, payroll processing, benefits administration, insurance, and compliance with federal and state employment laws
- Recommendation for process improvements and software providers (if necessary)
- Implementation of chosen software (if necessary)
- Training on maintenance tasks

- We currently have an organization chart and SOWs for all existing role, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Jean Morelos (Ops Manager) to provide additional context, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to focus more resources on launching a fully digital version of our A* Program.
With a Title Ladder in place would provide clear direction for team members looking to advance to the next stage of their career.
