Employee Handbook
Project details
What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
What we have in place
- We currently have an employee handbook that was updated 3 years ago, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some policy changes that need to be incorporated, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to spend more time working on programs: safe haven and assistance for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, bullying and human trafficking.
We do not have an HR department and so it will be helpful to have assistance in putting together a new handbook.

Testimonials
Ingrid offered many great suggestions on content, and organized the handbook to be more clear and work better for the agency. The last rewrite of the handbook took nearly a year so the time frame was particularly welcome. Thanks so much for the assistance!
It was a pleasure to work with Teresa. She was articulate and clear about what she wanted, reliable and responsive. It was a privilege to support her organization.
