What we need
- Evaluation of current programmatic needs and how a program plan can address them
- Recommendations for an appropriate course of action to reach the desired objectives, including guidance on how to allocate resources and measure success
- Plan that outlines the resources and steps required to reach short- and long-term goals
What we have in place
- We currently have a previous Admissions and Recruiting handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Our Director of Admissions who has skills, data, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $24,100 , allowing us to Provide more for our students as well as pay for more resources within our own organization.
Durham Nativity School's goal is to make sure our young men are able to attend independent and college-preparatory high schools for free or low cost. We can continue to implement our admissions process with a full handbook. A full handbook also allows others to come in and have available information for the Admissions department if we ever have someone new work in the department. This handbook also provides an opportunity to rethink some strategic ideas.

Gary not only enhanced recruiting but enhanced the whole organization with his efficiency and determined attitude. Gary met all of his deadlines, never missed a meeting and provided insight whenever asked. Gary's experience over his career allowed him to dive right into our school setting and get along with anyone he communicated with. Gary provided us with a fully formatted and concise handbook that will be in our admissions department for years to come, he also provided us with a student profile and alumni profile that we can use in admissions and graduate support. Overall working with Gary was a very rewarding and great experience, anyone who works with him will find that out as well.
Working with Durham Nativity School was a fantastic project for me for several reasons. The project was challenging and the results I believe will help to make a difference. However, the most rewarding part of the project was working with a number of great people at the school.
