- Review of current board policies and procedures
- Document outlining best practices for meetings and communication, including cadence and tool recommendations
What we have in place
- We currently have Consultant assessments, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have member availability for sharing observations, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,610 , allowing us to 1. Strengthen and expand programs and our Information for Action resources 2. Scaling up our efforts 3. Streamlining operations to gain efficiencies
* Clarify how EHCDC is carrying out its governance and operational functions and areas needed to change
