- We currently have some HR consultant recommendations that you can build from, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a current salary grid, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to have time and resources freed up to focus on our mission and build capacity into our programs.
This will help us greatly in being more transparent with our staff - we want to show them the value of their work, ensure them we are competitive in pay, and give them incentive to reach for new goals to best accomplish our mission.
