We need a clear and concise guideline on the role of our board ie responsibilities, roles and how they support the secretariat and organization to grow.
What we have in place
- We currently have a description of our board members, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have staff, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,882 , allowing us to provide more services to our beneficiaries especially around micro-credits and scholarships
It will improve board efficiency and increase the organization's ability to deliver on its mandate
