What we need
- A concise, well-articulated letter (not exceeding two pages) to request funds from individual donors
Additional details
danceability moved into a new facility, allowing us to accommodate our growth over the last ten years. In order to facilitate the move, we kicked off a campaign to raise $300,000. As we come upon our one year anniversary in our new studio, we are looking to close the gap in our campaign with 20 businesses to contribute $5,000 each.
What we're looking for assistance with here is
1) Coming up with a more creative name for this mini-campaign
2) Create a campaign letter and other correspondence
What we have in place
- We currently have our target companies identified, and a newly branded logo, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have other campaign materials that can be leveraged, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to close the $100,000 gap in our campaign, and to focus on the needs of the special needs community in Western NY.
This project is important as it will help us close the gap in our capital campaign so we can focus our efforts on growth and optimization.

Danceability is an individualized dance, fitness and movement program serving the special needs community.
Our studio is led by qualified staff and dedicated volunteers who create a nurturing environment that empowers our students to flourish and grow while promoting a healthy lifestyle... and we have a little fun along the way.
-Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Creative Movement, etc.
-Classes available Monday - Thursday, afternoon and evening classes.
-End of the year performance (optional for every student)
While our expertise is in working with the special needs community, we welcome all ages and abilities who wish to have dance instruction.
