Project details

What we need
  • Audit of the existing systems and processes; the audit is limited to hiring and termination practices, work scheduling, payroll processing, benefits administration, insurance, and compliance with federal and state employment laws
  • Recommendation for process improvements and software providers (if necessary)
  • Implementation of chosen software (if necessary)
  • Training on maintenance tasks
What we have in place
  • We currently have an overview of our HR systems, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a list of how we'd like to streamline our HR systems, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to redirect staff capacity as we focus on more streamlined methods for managing HR systems.

As we identify opportunities to create organizational efficiencies, we would like to better understand HR platforms that can improve various systems, including payroll, PTO tracking, and other benefits.
