What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details

We've recently added medical benefits, adopted a new payroll system and update our compensation structure. We need some support to pull together pieces and re-write/update our employee handbook.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an employee handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have newly developed policies and procedures, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,195 , allowing us to provide youth center meals for more than a month.

Lost-n-Found Youth inc is home to some of the most dedicated employees on the planet. Providing them with the tools they need to navigate their experience at the organization and understand their relationship with the organization is of extreme importance to us.

Lost-N-Found Youth is an Atlanta, Georgia based nonprofit (501c3) that exists to end homelessness for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer (LGBTQ+) and all sexual minority youth.
