Individual Donor Letter
Individual Donor Letter
Project details
What we need
- A concise, well-articulated letter (not exceeding two pages) to request funds from individual donors
Additional details
Needs to be able to tailor it to high net-worth individual who are not yet supporters of our organization. As much of an intro as a appeal.
What we have in place
- We currently have plenty of program stats, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have client stories, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to meet our fundraising goal within our already razor thin budget. For every five dollars we save, we can provide meals on wheels to another homebound elder.
The development department at Ethos is stretched so thin. Two major events are happening this fall at a time when we are usually focusing on our annual appeal. We are very much in danger of missing our deadline to get materials produced and our goal of raising $75000 by the end of the calendar year if we don't get help.
Project plan
Our mission
Ethos is a private, not-for-profit organization that promotes the independence, dignity, and well-being of the elderly and disabled.
Ethos achieves its mission through the coordination and delivery of high-quality, affordable home and community-based care.
In all aspects of its work Ethos supports family caregiving, fosters social interaction and respects cultural diversity.
Testimonials
Working with Bob was a great experience. He took the time to really understand our organization, mission and goals. Our donor letter was exactly what we needed and gave us much needed time to focus on our clients. We are so grateful for his help. Thank you Catchafire!
