Salesforce Training
Salesforce Training
Project details
What we need
- A one-day intensive Salesforce training for up to five staff members
- A document summarizing topics covered during training
Additional details
Ethos migrated to its donor, event, program and volunteer management to Salesforce in 2015. Staff turnover has made it a challenge to keep new staff trained at a level where they can be effective, enter data correctly and run useful reports. We have more than 25K contacts and use the database to invite program participants, track their attendance and record donations.
What we have in place
- We currently have Several staff as key contacts, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some documentation, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,380 , allowing us to invest in future salesforce customization that will enable greater efficiency in our work.
Ethos is committed to having a 365 degree view of its supporters, clients, volunteers and donors. Salesforce plays a critical role in reporting our success to our funders and supporters. Training is the most important tool we have to ensuring our database works for everyone.

A wonderful organization, great good for the Boston community. Training was not completed in person, although I would hope that the staff used Salesforce Trailhead.
