Impact statement
This project will save us $6,772 , allowing us to dedicate those resources to other comms efforts & community partnerships, especially building out a stronger communication strategy for better neighborhood outreach.

Project Details

What We Need
  • Feedback on the current website’s layout, user functionality, visual design, content, and other key features
  • Clear articulation of the Organization’s goals for the website
  • Recommendations for improvements to help achieve the Organization’s desired goals
Additional Details

We're happy with our website overall, but I'm sure there are some glaring things that could use improvement for overall functionality and improved user experience.

We are also hoping to get feedback on what does & doesn't work on or in the site to better prepare for a big troubleshoot and cleanup of the site's back end (code, plugins, etc).

We're less focused on accomplishing big organizational or comms goals & overhauls here, but that feedback will be helpful esp. for future fundraising.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have a staff person eager to help make this happen, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have traffic analytics, including Google Analytics, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help

It's very important that things are running smoothly on the website; the less well it runs (and the worse time users have) the less our effective we are in overall communication. I'm a marketing/comms department of one, and the site's fallen in my lap to maintain, but I don't really have the time or know-how to get this thing back into shape. I've been hoping to make this happen for a long time, it would be a huge relief to take this step closer to a fully-functional website.

Project may require a short interview with the organization.
