What we need
  • Designs for one piece of marketing or communications collateral (e.g., fact sheet, case study, event invitations)

I am looking for graphic design support to recruit young voters. The goal is to get as many 17 year olds registered to vote for the upcoming election

What we have in place
  • We currently have a logo to use that will brand the sponsoring organization, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have google drive to share information between you and I, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to provide college and preschool scholarships to more Native Hawaiian Youth.

One of our goals is to cultivate Native Hawaiian leaders who are civically engaged. We will be working with high schools across our region to register eligible seniors to vote and also convening a group of interested high schools to learn more about our local political process and how they can get involved.

Historically, Hawai'i ranks the lowest in the nation for voter turnout and voting by 18-24-year-olds has consistently declined since 1972. We want to change that.

  • Volunteer Manager provides the Professional with a budget for print materials, finalized copy, high-resolution logo and any visual branding guidelines to be utilized
  • Volunteer Manager also provides images for desired deliverables (if applicable), examples of existing marketing materials and links to online presence (website and social media)
  • Volunteer Manager shares brand messaging guidelines (if applicable)

  • Professional and Volunteer Manager discuss how print materials will be utilized, target audience, and style preferences
  • Professional develops preliminary sketches, and garners feedback from Volunteer Manager

  • Professional drafts print materials, and incorporates any feedback into final product

  • Professional delivers final versions in desired electronic format
