Project details
What we need
- Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
- Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
What we have in place
- We have a Paychex account which will provide current salary information. We also have job descriptions written as we see them now and look forward to the Professional's feedback and recommendations.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to invest these savings into salaries.
As we strive to be a sustainable organization that delivers high quality services to our youth, we need to ensure that we recruit and hire quality people.

Our mission
LEAD's mission is to empower an at-risk generation to lead and transform their city of Atlanta by using the sport of baseball to teach Black boys how to overcome three curveballs that threaten their success: crime, poverty and racism.
What we do
Through the methodologies of sport-based youth development, positive youth development and education based athletics, we provide year-round mentoring and leadership programming delivered in a trauma informed, healing centered approach.
Testimonials
I had a great experience working with Sara. She was knowledgable about the workforce make-up of the youth development space and provided room in the plan for us to offer more benefits as our donors/revenues increase.
LEAD was a pleasure to work with -- engaged, responsive, flexible when needed.
