What we need
- A one-day intensive Salesforce training for up to five staff members
- A document summarizing topics covered during training

Our agency has grown so quickly and we offer so many services that we need to reach consumers from different departments to serve their diverse needs. Salesforce seems to be the ideal tool for this work but most of our staff are unfamiliar with it. We need training to integrate Salesforce into our workflow rather than relying on our current mix of digital and paper communications. We'd like to share contacts, integrate salesforce with mailchimp, establish inter departmental followup procedures
What we have in place
- We currently have Salesforce configured for our agency and we use zoom often, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an office with training space in Long Branch, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,888 , allowing us to fulfill our consumers diverse among many departments, develop community resources for our pre employment program and develop an Education and Advocacy department.
We are growing rapidly and our consumers often need help from several departments. Salesforce will help us to consolidate our efforts and make sure that no one gets lost in the shuffle. We also interact with employers in the community, developing internship sites, Salesforce will help to keep the database of available sites that match a young person's interest. Finally we are just beginning to develop a donor base, Salesforce will help us organize that initiative.

Moceans is staffed and guided by members of the community who are experiencing life with a disability. (50% of our staff and 51% of our Board of Directors ).

We provide instruction, information guidance and community support for individuals, their families , friends and allies. These include :
- Social and Peer-led support activities.
- Information and Referral to Supports and Services.
- Training in Essential Life Skills
- Youth Transition to Adult Life - Pre- Employment Training and Support
- Advocacy and Community Development
- Community Education
