Project details

What we need
  • A compelling narrative, or set of stories
  • Persuasive copy that can be used in appeals to donors, annual reports, grant applications, and media relations
  • Popular examples: Organization's founding story, a program achievement or milestone, a look back at the past few years, organizational backgrounder, etc.
  • Note: This project is not intended to support your general content planning or marketing but there are several projects in our Marketing & Communications category which are a good fit!
Additional details

Amachi Pittsburgh has 15+ years of history and development that we would like to chronicle so it can be a resource for stakeholders, staff, and funders. There has been a great deal of growth in the depth and scope of our work in the community that we are hoping to document.

What we have in place
  • We currently have multiple reports, documents that can be compiled, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have our Executive Director who will need to be interviewed, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to invest in direct services to youth

This narrative will serve a very important role, as Amachi Pittsburgh is at a pivotal point , with new programming, an upcoming strategic plan and new board members, staff and stakeholders. This project is critically important to provide a window into the moments throughout our existence that have been impactful and to inform those individuals who will be joining our team. We also want this record for posterity's sake - it is always good to look back so that you know better where you are going.
