What we need
- Designs for one piece of marketing or communications collateral (e.g., fact sheet, case study, event invitations)
- Templates with accurate, print-ready specifications

Additional details
We need an invitation design for our annual fall reception. This year's fall reception will also serve as our 125th Anniversary Kickoff event. The fall reception will be Thursday, October 24, 2019. Invitations will be due to go out in early September.
What we have in place
- We currently have historical photos and branding guidelines, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a communications and development team, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to provide education, wellness and community-building. Our offerings--from youth and adult education classes, to Meals-on-Wheels, mental health services, and senior services--span over a dozen locations.
Our annual fall reception is one of two major fundraisers we have each year. These funds are vital in our mission an on-the-ground resource for 10,000 East Harlem residents of all ages, and a passionate advocate for the needs of underserved communities. We opened our doors in 1895, so 2020 is our 125th anniversary year. This is an important opportunity, and this event serves as the kickoff to the campaign.

Our mission
Union Settlement works with and for the community of East Harlem. A community mainstay since 1895, we foster leadership and self-sufficiency by assisting our neighbors in building better lives for themselves and their families. Each year, we serve more than 10,000 people with effective programs in education, childcare, youth development, senior services, job training, the arts, nutrition, counseling and community development.
