Need assistance with creating a 3-year strategic plan

What we have in place
  • Per Scholas Atlanta plans to move from the current space to a new, expanded facility where the state-of-the art site would to provide ample space for Per Scholas' existing IT Support training and expansion; and additional room for career development and evening/weekend/alumni offerings. Per Scholas, Inc. Board of Directors adopted a strategic growth plan. The existing plan can serve as a model for the Atlanta site plan.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,465 , allowing us to provide more tuition-free training to those under and unemployed in the Greater Atlanta community.

Per Scholas Atlanta currently shares office space with Literary Action in downtown Atlanta. While the location is centrally located and easily accessible via public transportation, it lacks adequate space to accommodate the growing demand for Network Support, Codebridge, and other IT training. Within the next two years, Per Scholas plans to move from the current space to a new, expanded facility where the state-of-the art site would to provide ample space for growth.

  • Professional and Volunteer Manager in charge of the session engage in a 30-minute phone call
  • Goals of the call include answering any preliminary questions the Professional may have and agreeing upon the goals and structure of the Facilitated Planning Session
  • Professional sends any additional due diligence questions ahead of Facilitated Planning Session(s)
  • Professional distributes an outline or itinerary ahead of Facilitated Planning Session(s) (as necessary)

Milestone 2: Strategic Planning Session
  • Attendees include Professional, Organization Executive(s) and/or Board Member(s) involved in decision or strategic planning
  • If necessary, a follow-up session may be scheduled to address issues that may arise and require additional due diligence
