What we need
- Setup of selected CRM system (e.g. Airtable, Salsa CRM, Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, Bloomerang, or Kindful) including a customized set of objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15)
- A customized set of views and reports to allow table-based editing and analysis of data (up to 15)
- Migration of Organization's current database to identified CRM system
- Training and guidelines on how to manage system and generate basic reports
- “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
Additional details
We are specifically interested in setting up our Salesforce CRM account to manage our individual donors and our volunteers.
What we have in place
- We currently have Salesforce for nonprofits, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a list of donors and volunteers, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,792 , allowing us to pay our local artists to perform at our year-round community events and the annual Festival and Grand Parade, which are all free to the public.
Individual donors and volunteers are the heart of the organization and they help keep Carnaval San Francisco both operationally and financially healthy. Having a CRM system that is catered to our organization's programming will strengthen our events and will help facilitate the lines of communication between Carnaval and our donors/volunteers .

Carnaval San Francisco cultivates and celebrates the diverse Latin American and Caribbean roots of the Mission District and the San Francisco Bay Area. We accomplish our mission through dance, music, the visual arts and by creating spaces for community learning, school-based education, and advocacy.
