  • We currently have Photos and organizational facebook page, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have We have the content, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help

Because we have a department of Marketing and communication which needs to be improve to another level!

Project may require a short interview with the organization.

Project Plan

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials & Choosing Social Media Platforms
  • Volunteer Manager shares information with Professional about upcoming event and current social media presence
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines (if applicable)
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or designs they like with the professional
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree on social media platforms for posting
  • Volunteer Manager shares budget, if available
Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback for adjustments
Milestone 2: Final Graphic Delivered & Training
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphic and explains how to upload filter(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)
  • Professional trains Volunteer Manager on how to create, customize, and upload graphics to social media platforms
