Project details

What we need
  • A compilation of research on a specific topic (e.g. industry best practices, literature review, media contacts, industry trends, etc.) including a list of sources
  • Recommendations on areas for further exploration/research
  • Note: This project is not designed to be used for prospect or grant research
Additional details

SURVIVEiT needs a volunteer to help us identify organizations that are offering meaningingful resources to cancer patients and their families. One of the ways we help people facing cancer is to curate resources that could be helpful to them in during any part of their journey. Step 1: find orgs doing great work. Step 2: Have our Survivor Advisory Council review and vote. Step 3: Contact/partner with said org. Step 4: Refer patients to them. Can you help us?

What we have in place
  • We currently have a list of topics to help organize the search, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have criteria to measure against, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,239 , allowing us to help us develop our new, revolutionary tool!

There are over 650 million results that come up when you Google "cancer support resources". Patients and their families have so much to manage as it is. We want to help them get to the resources they need quicker - resources that have been vetted by our group of survivors.
