What we need
  • A professionally designed annual report, up to 20 pages, with print-ready specifications
Additional details

We are seeking a marketing professional to design and layout an annual report for our organization, both digitally and for print.

What we have in place
  • We currently have Previous examples, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Financials and Marketing assets, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,817 , allowing us to Not have to hire a marketing firm and would sponsor an entire free sports camp for kids!

We do not have our Annual Report for the previous year, in which we would love to get a new concept and design from another volunteer.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with high-resolution logo and visual branding guidelines, finalized copy, and any additional content to be included in annual report
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of previous annual reports with Professional (if any)

Milestone 1: Brainstorming
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss the story the Organization wants to tell and brainstorm how key data can be highlighted and visualized
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon a timeline

Milestone 2: Preliminary Annual Report Design & Feedback
  • Professional creates a preliminary design and shares with Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback
  • Repeat feedback process (if necessary)

Milestone 3: Final Annual Report
  • Professional delivers final version of annual report in PDF format, with print-ready specifications

Our mission

The Sanneh Foundation, a 501(c)3 youth development organization, provides life skills programs for at-risk children using soccer as the catalyst to empower kids, improve lives and unite communities.

What we do

The Sanneh Foundation is growing and because of the growth, we are in need of more volunteers to help with our events and programs. We have three main programs- Dreamline Program (academic and behavioral improvement), Haitian Initiative, and Free Sanneh Soccer Camps.

- We empower kids by providing leadership-skill development and mentoring, along with access to a safe and healthy environment to learn and play.

- We improve lives by supporting and promoting educational attainment through in-school and after-school programming, tutoring and college preparatory training.

- We unite communities by advancing diversity, promoting community service, and fighting racism through individual training and institutional change.
