2020 is our organization's 30th anniversary. We are an advocacy organization that began as a transitional housing program for women and children, became the county domestic violence shelter and has now grown to 5 different programs to end abuse and violence. We have a list of key dates and moments. I'd like written text of highlights so I can put it into a presentation board graphic with photos.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have a list of key dates, milestones, original board & logos, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have long term staff, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to use these funds directly in our five programs

We will be having a 30 year celebration and fund raising event. We would like to have this presentation board to show to our donors and the community.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides examples of existing communications and marketing materials such as links to website and social media, brochures, and other collateral
  • Volunteer Manager provides brand messaging guide and marketing strategy (if applicable)
  • Volunteer Manager communicates initial concept for deliverables to be created
Milestone 1: Information Gathering
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss goals of copywriting deliverables, target audience, and desired style and tone of writing
Milestone 2: First Draft
  • Professional shares first drafts of copy with Volunteer Manager for feedback with respect to style, tone, clarity, and length
Milestone 3: Finalize Copy
  • Professional incorporates feedback and submits final copy for review

Our Mission

HOPE's mission is to empower lives through hope, offering support and advocacy to anyone affected by child abuse, sexual assault, domestic violence and homelessness.

What We Do

We serve about 1700+ people a year in 2.5 rural counties in SE Minnesota. We have a domestic violence shelter, and offer advocacy and support to those who have experienced child abuse, sexual assault and homelessness. We are the only organization proving these services in our rural area.
