In 2013, MHP conducted a benchmark compensation and benefits study. Most recently in May 2019, a limited scope review was completed for salary structure and titles. We now wish to review HR policies and benefits offering.
MHP is seeking a volunteer to conduct a comprehensive benchmark HR Policies and benefits study and make recommendations in accordance of the study. The study shall cover all HR handbook policies and benefits offering.
